The Gi6BS-03 from the BS series has an internal propellant cartridge and a push-button activation. The fire extinguisher is only pressurized in the event of an emergency by pulling the safety pin and pressing the push button. This ensures high operational reliability, protects the material, and guarantees a long service life. The generous dimensions of all operating components, such as the carrying handle, safety pin, push button, and discharge nozzle of the Gi6BS-03, allow for easy and comfortable handling. All models in the BS series feature an ergonomically shaped carrying handle with finger grooves for superior comfort. The rotating discharge nozzle allows for optimal control of the extinguishing agent stream and one-handed operation.

ABC extinguishing powder for dust fires

The DÖKA Gi12BKS has a special approval for lignite dust smoldering fires, but is generally suitable for all types of dust. It is used in almost all dust explosion-prone areas in which the existing dust must be avoided during fire fighting. The Gi 12BKS fire extinguisher has a special extinguishing lance that applies the extinguishing agent (ABC extinguishing powder) particularly softly and without high pressure. Extra long extinguishing lances and hose lines are used in order to be able to maintain the greatest possible distance from the source of the fire. Due to its design as a rechargeable fire extinguisher, it is primarily suitable for pure fire fighting.
